Committees and Meetings
The South East England Regional Assembly has a wide range of roles including responsibility for regional planning, regional housing and regional transport. To help Regional Assembly members effectively plan the sustainable development of South East England, there are a number of committees and advisory groups (including the Executive Committee, Regional Planning Committee, Regional Transport Board and Regional Housing Board), alongside the three full Assembly meetings. For more details on our meetings, including meeting papers and location maps see our events diary section. The Assembly also organises a range of other meetings relevant to its key work areas. All Assembly meetings are open to the public to attend as observers. The chart below shows how the various committees, boards and advisory groups are structured.
