Consultations: Somewhere to Live: Planning for Gypsies, Travellers and Travelling Showpeople in the South East

01 September 2008 - 21 November 2008 Consultation ran from 1 September until Friday 21 November 2008. We received around 1,200 responses on providing places to live for Gypsies, Travellers and Travelling Showpeople in the South East. These responses have been analysed and our Regional Planning Committee has recommended an option to the full Assembly. The full Assembly will agree its favoured option on 4 March and will then submit it to Government. Key consultation questions included:
