7. How are decisions made at the Regional Assembly? The 25 member Regional Planning Committee (RPC) is responsible for making recommendations on planning topics to the Assembly Executive Committee or the full Assembly. The final decision on RPC recommendations will be made by the Executive Committee or the full Assembly For major issues such as budget, the Regional Assembly's business plan and the South East Plan, the Regional Assembly will meet in full three times a year to make their decisions. All other decisions can be made by the Regional Assembly's Executive Committee which meets six times a year and is made up of 31 members. 8.
