Initial StudiesThe Assembly and its partners have identified ten sub-regional study areas in the South East where there may be a need to address particular needs. These studies, steered by Assembly members from the relevant areas, will draw extensively on existing policies and strategies such as structure plan reviews, community strategies, local plans and local development documents. Once the studies are complete, the Assembly will decide, in consultation with members and partners, whether the sub-regional issues identified require distinct proposals and policies in the South East Plan.
