Thames Basin Heaths SPA

Thames Basin Heaths Joint Strategic Partnership

The Thames Basin Heaths Joint Strategic Partnership (JSP) was established to plan the long-term protection of the Thames Basin Heaths SPA in a consistent and coordinated way.

The Assembly co-ordinated the JSP consultation on a draft Interim Strategic Delivery Plan between 19 November 2007 and 15 February 2008, setting out proposals which would have the potential to form the basis of a long-term strategy for the Thames Basin Heaths. A Delivery Framework was endorsed by the JSP in February 2009.

Thames Basin Heaths Joint Strategic Partnership Board

Thames Basin Heaths Joint Strategic Partnership Officer Support Group

The Officer Support Group meets on a regular basis to provide support to the Joint Strategic Partnership Board.

A monitoring strategy workshop was held by Natural England in May 2008 for members of the Officer Support Group and Board.

Thames Basin Heaths Stakeholder Forum

The Thames Basin Heaths Stakeholder Forum brings together stakeholders with an interest in the SPA.

A Forum workshop was held in January 2008 to discuss the draft Interim Strategic Delivery Plan.
